About Ventura County Garden Club
Our Story
Ventura County Garden Club started in 1924
with a mission to promote interest in
the subject of gardening and to foster
community through district projects.
Our Services
At Ventura County Garden Club we award a
Beautification Project each year to one of the
communities represented by its membership.
This donation of labor, funds or items is rotated among
the communities of Fillmore, Santa Paula and Ventura
(including Camarillo, Oak View, Ojai, Oxnard and Somis)
District
We are a member of California Garden Clubs, Inc.
and their Channel Islands District.
District communities in Ventura County currently include
members from cities of Camarillo, Fillmore,
Oak View, Ojai, Santa Paula, Somis and Ventura
